The CSPAN cameras are placed on the Senate floor so that the
Senators remain unseen - probably because they are all either
asleep or on their way there.

I was falling asleep listening to this tripe on the radio at work. Hey,
House Managers the Paula Jones matter failed on the floor of the
House, like hello you need to stop talking about the Paula Jones
case now.

You bet this will be a bi-partisan vote to get those boring old white
guys out of the Senate before they put the entire country to sleep.

I'm still yawning.

The order to be made on the first motion to the Senate should read
as follows:

WHEREAS, certain Honorable and Flatulent Members of the House
of Representatives of the United States of America stood on the
Senate floor and began opening statements in the Impeachment
Trial of William Jefferson Clinton;

WHEREAS, certain Honorable Members of the House of
Representatives had, prior to the opening statements, promised
New Nuggets;

WHEREAS, said Honorable Members failed to Deliver said New
Nuggets;

WHEREAS, citizens all over America, who had Better Things to Do,
viewed the Opening Statements expressly to Learn of the New
Nuggets;

WHEREAS, the Old Nuggets have not and will not Persuade
Two-Thirds of the Senate to Remove William Jefferson Clinton, no
Matter How Long Anyone Talks;

WHEREAS, Calling witnesses as a Fishing Expedition for New
Nuggets when the Old Nuggets have Failed to Persuade is an
Affront to Traditional Notions of Fair Play and Substantial Justice;

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby ordered that:

Said Honorable and Flatulent House Members shall return to the
House, be quartered in the Evidence Room with Robert Barr without
Water, Ventilation or Television, until such New Nuggets are
produced, or Rest Their Case Immediately on the Issue of
Impeachment as They Clearly are Not Fooling Anyone and are
Wasting the Time of Senate, the Chief Justice, and the American
Public.
